Register for a Contest on JudgingCard.com:
Step 1: Log In Go to www.judgingcard.com Click "Login" in the top-right corner Enter your Chapter ID, Username, and Password If you don’t have login credentials, contact your state FFA office or JudgingCard support. Step 2: Go to Contest Registration On the homepage, select "Registrations" from the menu Click “Online Registration” A list of available contests will appear Find the contest you want to register for and click “Register” next to it Step 3: Select Event and Divisions Choose the events or CDEs/LDEs your chapter is participating in (example: Poultry Evaluation, Ag Sales) Select the appropriate division if available (example: Junior, Senior, Middle School) Step 4: Add Students Click “Add Team” or “Add Individual” Select students from your chapter roster Assign students to the correct team or individual entry Step 5: Confirm Contact and Details Make sure your contact info is correct Read any notes or requirements for the contest (such as fees, deadlines, or equipment needs) Step 6: Submit Registration Review your entries Click “Submit Registration” or “Save” Print your invoice if there is a registration fee Follow any payment instructions if applicable Step 7: Make Changes (if needed) You can go back to the registration page before the deadline Edit student names, change team assignments, or update details if needed Important Notes: Make sure your student roster is up to date before registering Some contests have limits or fill up quickly, so register early Watch your email for updates from the contest organizers |
